I see a therapist once a week and because it has positively impacted my life, I thought I would share a bit of how I started and why I stayed.
*NOTE: I’m me…not a doctor or certified mental health anything…so this is purely my story and my light I’d like to share…but not everything works the same across individuals. So maybe therapy isn’t your thing! But, if you think it might be…and you are a novice to the subject (like I once was)…feel free to reach out to me with questions!
